We offer nationwide UK delivery on all glass balustrade systems, components and glass panels. Please read the information below to understand delivery costs, lead times and important requirements.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £40 per order.
There is no minimum or maximum order value for delivery — the same rate applies to all orders.
Delivery Lead Times
Metalwork & Components
Delivery of metalwork, posts, handrails and components is usually completed within 2–3 working days.
Lead times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.
Glass Panels
Glass is typically delivered within 10–14 working days from the date of order.
As glass is made to order, delivery times can occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to production delays.
Glass Delivery Information
Glass deliveries are made on a kerbside delivery basis.
- The driver will deliver the glass to the nearest accessible point at your property
- Customers are responsible for unloading the glass from the vehicle
- Some glass panels can be heavy and may require multiple people to safely offload
We strongly recommend ensuring suitable assistance is available on the day of delivery.
