Builder prices are estimated based on the information entered by the customer. Final order values may vary depending on specification, measurements, layout, glass type, fixings, finish and delivery requirements.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or amend prices before an order is accepted.
4. Orders
An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and the order has been accepted by us.
We may contact you to confirm specifications, measurements or product suitability before processing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is an error in pricing, specification, availability or customer information.
5. Payment

Glass deliveries are kerbside only unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for ensuring there is suitable access and sufficient help available to unload heavy items safely.
7. Made to Order & Made to Measure Products
Many of our products are made to order or produced to customer specification.
Made to order and made to measure products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our returns policy.
Standard stock items may only be returned with prior agreement and must be unused and in suitable condition.
Returned goods may be subject to inspection before any refund is issued.
9. Inspection of Goods
Customers should inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery.
Any damage, shortages or incorrect items should be reported promptly with supporting photographs where relevant.
Products should not be installed if they are believed to be damaged or incorrect.

DIY Balustrades accepts no responsibility for issues arising from incorrect installation, incorrect measurements, unsuitable structural support or misuse of products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
We will not be liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, delays, loss of profits, installation costs or third-party costs arising from the use of this website or the supply of goods.
